* When the first initial design concepts are presented to you, I will explain what design decisions have been made. At this point you will have the opportunity to select one of the concepts and provide feedback and request modifications if required. Up to ten revision rounds are included within the project scope. When the concept is selected I will make any edits and further develop the concept until you provide final approval. Revisions are not complete redesigns. In the unlikely event that additional revisions are required beyond this, they will be charged at a cost of $50 per revision round, and will be added onto the final invoice.
Terms and Definitions
Number of Design Ideas
How many options would you like? Some clients come in with a clear vision and need only a few choices, while others prefer to explore a broader variety of ideas before deciding.

Rounds of Revisions
This refers to how many changes can be made to the design(s). A revision could involve trying a different font, color, layout, or style. Revisions are only available until the design is finalized and the final files are delivered.

Delivery Time
Project timelines begin once a minimum of 50% of the project fee has been received, as payment is required upfront to initiate work. Initial design drafts will be delivered within the agreed timeframe outlined at project start. Once a design is approved, the remaining 50% balance will be due prior to final file delivery, and all final assets will be released upon receipt of full payment.

Ownership Rights
Clients retain full ownership of the final design, as all logos I create are considered work-for-hire. This means you own the copyright as if you created the logo yourself.

Style Sheet PDF
A quick style sheet is a simplified brand reference that outlines the core visual elements of a brand in an easy-to-use format. It typically includes logo types and variations, the primary color palette with basic values like HEX or RGB, and simple usage notes for consistency. It also shows real-world examples of the logo in everyday applications such as social media, business cards, packaging, or signage. Unlike full brand guidelines, it’s meant to be a fast, practical reference so anyone using the brand can stay consistent without needing a deep instruction manual.

Full Brand Guidelines
A comprehensive document that defines how a brand should be visually and verbally represented across every touchpoint. They include the detailed rules for logo usage, color palettes, typography systems, imagery style, graphic elements, and layout structure. They also often show real-world applications like social media, print, packaging, and digital designs to demonstrate consistency in action, along with clear do’s and don’ts. Unlike a quick style sheet, full brand guidelines serve as an in-depth manual that ensures the brand remains cohesive and recognizable no matter who is using it or where it appears.
