This beautiful fox is taking carfuls steps in the snow, hoping the crunch of the snow under its feet isn’t too loud. The fox was headed towards the warm sun peaking through the trees. It barely makes it to the edge of the forest when it hears something and turns back and sees you. Without a word the fox’s alluring eyes seem to tell you “follow me.”
This is the first piece of my first watercolor collection and it had to be of a majestic fox. I’ve always loved foxes and this woodland creatures collection would not be complete without a sly fox. I called this piece “Follow Me” because there seems to be a smile in the fox’s eyes like he wants you to know the secret of where he’s headed. So what are you waiting for?
